Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999
- Flat Rs. 59 shipping on prepaid orders below Rs. 999
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available in eligible pin codes with a Rs. 49 convenience fee
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact
- Exchange is available for a different size of the same product (subject to availability)
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos to raise a request
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags are not eligible for exchange or return.
